Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel your individual reservation, we need to be Notified by Telephone at least 14 days prior to your arrival date there is no charge.  If cancellation is made within 14 days of your arrival date, an amount equal to one night's rate plus package costs (if any), including tax, will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Deposit and Payment Policy:
Deposit of 1 night plus tax plus package costs (if any), including tax, will be charged within 14 days of arrival. The balance will be due with Rental Agreement sent 24 hours before arrival. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and cash are accepted. We do not accept checks. Once you have checked-in, you are responsible for the nights that you have reserved.

Check-In Procedure:
The registration office is in the Clubhouse and Conference Center, which is located just inside of our main entrance. If you arrive after the office has closed, you will find an envelope with your name on it, in a basket near the Office door. In the envelope you will find everything you need to check-in. If you need any assistance, please follow the instruction on the house phone to the right of the door. Check-in is after 4:00 PM on arrival date and check-out is by 10:30 AM on departure date.

Guest Services:
If you would like fishing guide service for bass (Table Rock Lake) or rainbow and brown trout (Lake Taneycomo), let us know and we ca get you some names.  Rental of boat slips and all types of watercraft may be made at nearby Indian Point Marina, 1-866-218-0417 or Rock Lane Marina 417-338-2211. If you would like to play golf while in Branson, we can send you information about the beautiful area courses.
